Magical wooden hotel, a castle in the fairy tale forest
When we were young, we read countless fairy tales and often longed for the magical castles hidden deep in the forests of those stories, imagining how wonderful it would be to live in a castle one day. Although real forest castles do not exist, some developers have tapped into this fascination and recognized the business opportunity to build castle-like hotels. A notable example recently appeared in Chile. This hotel is built entirely from wood, resembling a magical cottage that towers above the forest like a giant Hobbit house. The surrounding forest is a rich natural heritage area, so the cottage is constructed entirely from locally sourced wood—even the hotel’s bathtub is wooden, giving guests a uniquely close-to-nature experience. From the outside, the wooden hotel looks like a cone, with water flowing down from the roof, creating an especially beautiful sight. Most amazingly, guests must cross an aerial suspension bridge to enter the hotel, offering a completely novel adventure. Now, follow the editor and take a look at this beautiful magical cottage!
